About these terms
These terms cover your use of nepalconnect.tech, which NepalConnect operates. By using the site you agree to them. ISPs that run NepalConnect for their own subscribers do so under a separate agreement, and their subscribers' service is governed by that ISP's terms.
What NepalConnect is
NepalConnect is customer support, billing, and network operations software for internet service providers. It does not sell internet service. The plan catalog, coverage map, and city pages on this site show how the software presents an ISP's information; they are not offers of internet service.
The guest account
The guest account is shared by everyone who uses it, so don't enter personal or sensitive information there. We may reset guest data at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't attack or overload the site, get around its rate limits or access controls, try to make the assistant act outside its purpose, upload anyone else's identity documents, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
The AI assistant
The assistant's answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Availability
We work to keep the site running, but it is provided as it is and may change, pause, or be unavailable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, NepalConnect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Ownership
The software, design, and content of this site belong to NepalConnect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
